Room Alert MAX is AVTECH's wireless monitoring platform. The Base Station is the hub: it receives readings from wireless MAX sensors and MAX Wired Sensor Adapters across roughly 930 m² (10,000 sq ft) around it, and pushes them securely to your Room Alert Account.

  • Wired sensor integration: use a MAX Wired Sensor Adapter to bring existing wired Room Alert sensors (flood, air flow, power, particulate, temperature, humidity) onto the wireless network without additional network drops.
  • Building integration: built-in BACnet support connects to your existing BMS, and SNMP connects MAX to any network monitoring application.
  • Secure wired connection available: unlike wireless-only solutions, the Base Station supports Ethernet with Power over Ethernet (PoE), so you can use your existing network for both power and a secure hardwired connection while sensors stay wireless.
