Vutlan VT408

The VT408 adds eight analog sensor ports to a Vutlan monitoring unit over the CAN bus. Use it when the unit's own ports are full, or when the sensors sit a long way off — the CAN bus covers the distance, so you are not running eight long sensor cables back to the unit.

Requires a monitoring unit with a free CAN port. On long runs or with many devices, a CAN-12V-1A power supply may be needed to hold up the bus voltage. A DIN-rail version (VT408DIN) and 19" brackets (VT122t, VT125) are available.
