Vutlan VT485M
The VT485M is a Modbus RTU extension board that fits the monitoring unit's slot and gives it an RS485 port. That is how a Vutlan unit reads third-party industrial equipment directly — generator controllers, power meters, inverters and PLCs — and pulls their registers in as monitored values alongside its own sensors.

Worth knowing before you wire it up: every device on an RS485 bus must share the same baud rate, parity and stop bits. One mismatched setting and the whole bus stays silent — so check the slave's serial settings before commissioning. We offer an installation service if you would rather we set it up.
